Lynne Neagle: Thanks, everyone. Can I welcome everyone to
this morning’s meeting of the Health and Social Care
Committee? Can I just remind Members to either turn off their
mobile phones or any electronic devices, or make sure that they are
on silent? There’s no fire alarm scheduled this morning, so
if the alarm does sound, then please follow the instructions from
the ushers. Apologies have been received from David Rees. Joyce
Watson is substituting for David, so can I welcome Joyce to the
meeting this morning as well?

papers to note. We’ve got two papers to note: the minutes of
the meeting held on 11 November, which is paper to note 1; and
additional information from the Minister for Health and Social
Services regarding the Public Health (Wales) Bill, which is paper
to note 2. Can I ask Members to formally note those papers? Lovely.
